Original Altered Book?

I’ve kept this Angel for a long time. It was a Christmas decoration that my mom owned. I don’t know if she made it with a group of people, completed it on her own, or received it as a gift. The skirt of the angel is made from book pages. Somewhere in the back of my mind, I seem to remember some referring to a “Reader’s Digest Angel.” It is interesting with a lot of detail, but it just has a plastic head and gold doilies make up the arms and the halo. I thought I’d share in case anyone’s ever seen one.
